On October 28, 2021, the management of CMSR JSC met with representatives of the leading Chinese national corporations for the import and export of electronics CEIEC and ElinkElectronics
The work was attended by the President of JSC "CMSR" Karbuzov K-K.Zh., Vice President of JSC "CMSR" Tairov R.A., Director General of the Eurasia Department of the national corporation ELINC Zhang Bo, head of the CEIEC representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan Gao Yuer and Commercial Director of IT CEIEC Aitbay Duman.
In accordance with the national program "Digital Kazakhstan" and the gradual development of digitalization in the Kazakh army, within the framework of scientific and technical cooperation in the field of IT technologies, issues on the use of wireless military Internet in combat conditions, ensuring information security at critical infrastructure facilities, monitoring and analysis of information from open sources, as well as methods of automatic modeling were discussed forecasts of the development of important world events, transfer of innovative technological solutions for the creation of "smart and safe military garrisons", "smart military depots" that prevent tragic events such as explosions at ammunition depots in Arys and Zhambyl region.
Special emphasis was placed on the discussion of innovative technological solutions to ensure security at ammunition depots in the leading foreign armies of the world.
Experts expressed their opinions on the frequently occurring risks in ammunition depots: theft; errors in accounting for the quantity and quality condition; occurrence of fires and explosions; incidents related to the disposal of spent ammunition.
The ways of implementing the proposed technical solutions for the "Smart Military Warehouse" project, including: protection of the perimeter of the warehouse, using an electronic fencing system, panoramic monitoring of approaches to the warehouse, with a system of protection against UAVs; control of access systems, video surveillance, communications, integrated internal protection of the warehouse, accounting of military property, monitoring of internal and external environments, were discussed warehouse; disposal of unusable ammunition.
The issue of intelligent weapon storage cabinets and intelligent cartridge boxes for armory rooms of military units was considered with particular interest.
Following the meeting, the parties outlined the key areas of cooperation in conducting joint innovative research and development work on robotic complexes for military and civilian purposes, using artificial intelligence, with
the participation of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the creation of joint Kazakh-Chinese enterprises.
The management of JSC "CMSR", in coordination with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, plans to hold an expert meeting with interested structural units of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of the pilot project "Smart military warehouse" in one of the military units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The implementation of this project can become one of the directions for the creation of a Digital Kazakh army, within the framework of the national program "Digital Kazakhstan", which will allow:
- to establish a public-private partnership of the enterprises of the defense industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan with domestic and foreign enterprises of the electronic industry;
- to carry out technology transfer, create new jobs and lay the foundation for the training of highly qualified industrial and scientific personnel.
