January 27, 2026, Working Meeting

On January 27, 2026, at JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research” a working meeting was held to discuss the organization and implementation of professional development courses for teachers providing basic military, pre-conscription, and advanced pre-conscription training.

Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Military Education and Science of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the leadership of the JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research” participated in the event.

The meeting addressed the following:

implementation of the amendments to legislation and by-laws in the field of basic military training;

the organizational model for conducting professional development courses;

the role of the Training Center and interaction with military educational institutions and military departments;

approaches to costing courses;

issues of educational, methodological, and logistical support.

Following the meeting, further steps were identified to launch the professional development system for basic military training teachers and prepare the corresponding management decisions.
