Within the frame of seminar program, a wide range of issues related to scientific and practical problems of training pre-conscription youth, initial military-technological training (IMTT) and patriotic education of young people was discussed:

1. Current problems and ways to improve military-patriotic education of young people in modern conditions;

2. Modern approaches to studying initial military training in schools and colleges: regulatory framework, IMTT program, teaching staff, educational material and technical base;

3. Activities of state bodies and public organizations in pre-conscription training of young people;

4. Ways to increase the prestige, preparation of pre-conscription youth for military service in the Armed Forces;

5. International experience of pre-conscription training of young people for military service.
