June 12, 2024, at National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of JSC “CVSI” took part in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic: “Modern trends in the development of weapons and military equipment.”

The participation of heads of specialized departments of the Ministry of Defense, representatives of various branches of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, enterprises of the military-industrial complex, as well as scientists from military and civilian universities of Kazakhstan, the Combined Arms Academy of the Order of Zhukov of the Russian Armed Forces and the George Washington University, USA guaranteed a wide coverage of various aspects of military-technical cooperation and exchange of experience.

The topics of the reports, which covered various aspects of weapons and equipment, from unmanned aircraft systems to armored vehicles, reflect current trends in the development of the military sphere and the interests of the conference participants. The introduction of the Masa (Mosquito) mini UAV also demonstrates interesting innovative developments in the field of unmanned systems.

In general, the conference provided a platform for the exchange of opinions, experience and ideas between leading experts in the field of defense and military equipment, which is important for the further development of the defense-industrial complex and ensuring the country's security.
