CMSR Discusses the Modern Model of Initial Military Training On August 5, 2026, representatives of JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research” took part in a panel sub-session for initial military training teachers held as part of the August events of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The participants discussed improving the content of initial military training, digitalization of education, the use of 3D simulators, and the development of teachers’ professional competencies. The President of JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research,” Major General Askhat Ryspayev, delivered a presentation entitled “Modern Initial Military Training Teacher: Professional Profile and New Competencies.” Berik Kemalov, Director of the Department of JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research,” presented “The System of Continuous Professional Development for Initial Military Training Teachers,” highlighting the role of the Training Center in organizing professional development programs for initial military training teachers. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, educational institutions, military educational institutions, military departments, and organizations involved in military-patriotic education.
