The representatives of the Constitutional Court, the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, military universities, government agencies, as well as scientists and experts from international organizations, the scientific community and military attachés accredited in Kazakhstan participated in the event.

The conference was held in three thematic blocks: "Ensuring military security and countering threats", "Risks and their impact on the development of stability in Kazakhstan" and "The role of international and regional organizations in ensuring regional security".

The issues of ensuring security in various areas, including cyberspace, information field, military-economic potential of the countries of the region, the role of international and regional organizations (SCO, CSTO, etc.) in ensuring regional security were discussed. A comprehensive analysis of the listed problems was conducted, the most pressing challenges were identified, and recommendations were developed aimed at strengthening peace and stability in the region.

Following the event, a resolution was adopted, which noted the need to develop effective and sustainable strategies to counter security threats. To this end, it was proposed actively to involve in this process representatives of the expert and scientific community of the regional countries specializing in security issues.
