The event, held at the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was attended by representatives of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, faculty, master's and doctoral students of the university, teachers and cadets of higher military and special educational institutions, historians, veterans and relatives of Rakhimzhan Koshkarbayev.

The format of the conference allowed the participants to creatively exchange views, discuss topical issues of military-patriotic education and the participation of Kazakhstanis in World War II.

The conference resolution noted that the study and popularization of the heroic pages of the military history of our country are the primary tasks of the scientific community.
