Seminar on Developing the Military-Political Dimension of CICA

On October 9, 2025, representatives of the JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research” participated in a seminar on developing the military-political dimension of CICA. The seminar was titled “The Role of Mediation in Post-Conflict Resolution: Sharing Experiences and Developing Capacity within CICA” organized by the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA).

Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the CICA founding countries, and experts spoke at the seminar. The prospects for mediation were discussed.
