Participation in the Pakistan National Defence University Web-seminar

On December 10, 2025, the Institute of Strategic Studies, Research, and Analysis (ISSRA) hosted an international web-seminar on "West and Central Asia in the Context of the Transforming Global Order and Trends" at the National Defence University of Pakistan.

In addition to representatives of the JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research”, experts from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Türkiye, and Pakistan took part in the event.

During the plenary session, speakers presented national perspectives on energy security, regional connectivity, economic integration, and the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and the Organization for Economic Cooperation (ECO) on the transformation of regional architecture.

Following the presentations, an interactive discussion took place, during which participants exchanged views on the challenges and opportunities for further regional integration.
