From 7 to 17 September 2026, JSC “Center for Military-Strategic Research” is conducting a professional development course for the teaching staff of military departments (faculties) under the program “Leadership and Innovation: A Modern Model for Managing the Educational Process at a Military Department.”

The course covers the organization and improvement of the educational process, pedagogical interaction and psychophysiological training, research planning, information security, military-patriotic education, and the regulatory framework governing the activities of military departments.

Particular attention is given to modern teaching methods and digital educational technologies, including the development of teaching and learning materials, electronic monitoring of academic performance, and the use of virtual simulators.

The training includes lectures and practical sessions. The course will conclude with comprehensive testing and project presentations.
