On June 10, 2026, at JSC "Center for Military-Strategic Research", a working meeting with the management of the IT company Platonus Group was held.

During the meeting, issues related to coordinating technical specifications for public procurement for the "Srochnik 2.0" information system were discussed.

In particular, the parties thoroughly reviewed the technical requirements for the stability, security, and scalability of the platform and outlined further steps for implementing the project within the public procurement framework.

This system fully automates the competitive selection process for conscripts entering the country's universities. It ensures transparent and efficient distribution of educational quotas established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, allowing citizens who have served in the military to obtain higher and postgraduate education.
